Urethane Pigs
Multi Disc Pigs – The design allows them to flex through short radius bends, mitered joints, dents, anddeformed pipe. Excellent at cleaning and purging fluids if adequate driving force is present. Available in various sizes and durometers and in solid (for added strength) or hollow core (for improved flexibility and allows the use of a transmitter) and in standard length or short.
Maxxi Disc Pigs – Similar effectiveness to our Multidisc line, but have a conical nose to maneuver past flanges, Valves and Tees. Used in Purging and heavy duty cleaning. Hollow core is standard.

Tuff Disc Pigs– will easily traverse 90 degree radius bends and are used for dewatering, batching and the incorporated disc design allows for easy removal of paraffin and other waste materials. Recommended for use as a lead pig in filming applications. Made from Polyurethane compounds and available in several durometers.
Tuff Cup Pigs – Tuff Cup Pigs are designed for general use pigging, dewatering, batching, controlling paraffin buildup and removing waste materials. Made from Polyurethane compounds and available in several durometers.
Scraper Pigs – A solid Construction pig available in 90 durometer Polyurethane. They have excellent cleaning capabilities due to the number of discs incorporated into the design. Designed for use in wireline applications for removing excessive deposits of scale, wax and sulfides. The pig is assembled with a thread pulling rod running through the middle of the body, with steel plates on both ends of the pig. Tightening the hex nuts compresses the pig, ensuring maximum OD during the cleaning process.
Available in a wide range of durometers and in a Conical or a Step Conical design. Standard stock sizes are manufactured with Ester Based Polyurethane- which provides good resistance qualities in a sour gas environment with excellent abrasion qualities. Pig Assemblies – Typically consists of a steel body, urethane cups, polyurethane discs and can be assembled with any other cleaning devices to suit your needs such as wire brush, rattlers etc. Cleaning Pigs are multi use equipped with two, three or four cup configurations- made for long runs and can be bi-directional or unidirectional. Batching Pigs are used for separation or displacement of fluids- a four disc/cup assembly is recommended for maximum sealing during operation. Gauging Pigs are a two, three or four cup or disc assembly with an aluminium gauging plate on the nose and are used to locate obstacles or indents in a pipeline and to ensure proper passage of the cleaning pigs. Construction Pigs are the same configuration, without the gauging plate and are used for removing obstructions and debris in new pipelines
